Showhome – a converted Pub

We were contacted at really short notice by The Fitzpatrick Group, Developers who had been converting “The Prince of Wales” pub, turning it into a 6-bed house. A week before they were due to launch it, they decided to furnish it as a Showhome.  (Thanks Mark!!). On a low budget. (Again, thanks Mark!). Luckily, we were able to save the day, after plenty of nail-biting moments when deliveries got delayed, the builders had a few hiccups, and the kitchen fitter had to glue a couple of doors in place so the Open Day could still go ahead! Oh, and I had to hide the ball for the Table Football game, as it was too much of a temptation for the entire team.

The Estate Agents loved the showhome, as did the developers, and we have worked with them again on another deveopment, with more in the pipeline.
