This is the third time an estate agent has asked for my House Doctor services to sort their own home. And it SOLD within ten days!
This busy lady knew her empty cottage needed some attention before it went on the market. It didn’t have much kerb appeal, so potential buyers needed to see what was inside. She knew that good photographs were essential, and it worked! Here are the photos. In true house doctor style, we kept the budget as low as possible by borrowing items of furniture from her current home.

Once we’d finished the cottage, we then went on to do a house doctor makeover of their family home. My client said “Thank you so much for making our house a home” and her daughter simply jumped up and down screaming, when she saw her new room!
