Home Staging in Nottingham. SOLD! To the current homeowners!!

Here are some of my client’s comments soon after I completed the project:

Then a few days later, unbelievably, she told me that they were going to stay there!

It’s amazing how many times this happens. Occasionally, clients call me to help them sell their homes for various reasons, but by the time I’ve finished, I have eliminated the problems that they were trying to escape from. For example, this house was next to a busy road, and my clients felt very conscious of the road all the time, and decided they had to move, even though they loved the house itself. By adding venetian blinds in addition to their curtains in the rooms at the front of the house, they were able to angle them so that the road couldn’t be seen but lots of light still came in, and that was enough to make them fall in love with it again and take it off the market.

Before – I would normally recommend turning offices into bedrooms, but the potential buyers for this house in this particular area would be more likely to want an office than five bedrooms.
