Need to sell your house? Here is a prime example of why you shouldn’t put your house on the market whilst you have tenants in it. You have no control over the external or internal appearance of the house, and this is one of the key requirements for home staging – the process of preparing your house for a fast, profitable sale.
All the “Before” photos below were taken just before the tenants moved out. We were ready to commence the staging on the day after they moved, so that no time was lost putting the house on the market.
