I had the pleasure of home staging a beautiful character property in Shropshire. I went for a 3-hour consultation whilst we made our plans, then the family followed my instructions on clearing/tidying for the next few days, and I returned for one day of home staging and taking photographs. This is a really cost-effective way of having great photographs which gives you the best chance of selling the property.
My client was delighted when it sold. She said “It’s been a really tough sale, people wanted a bigger garden, no walk thru bedroom or not on the road – but we managed it. A tough one but everyone did say how beautifully it was presented. Many thanks for all your help.”

It’s amazing how much can be done in one day. There were twelve rooms in this house, and each one needed re-arranging to some degree to obtain the best photos. A consultation beforehand can be really useful, as I can leave the homeowners a few tasks to complete before I return, so that I am able to complete home staging the house within the one day.
