This one-day home staging project was initiated by an Estate Agent – John German in Staffordshire. They needed good photographs of a lovely house for sale in Brocton, and were delighted with the results: “Thank you for your very pleasant and prompt service, I know our clients were most impressed.” Paul Barnes. And the homeowners commented “Many thanks for today, it was lovely to meet you and I have really enjoyed watching an ‘expert’ in action. The photos are fabulous.” They were especially fascinated by some of my techniques – balancing on a ladder, leaning in through a window to get the best bathroom shot was one of their favourites!
On arrival, I took some test shots of all of the rooms, so I could plan the day effectively, and photograph the rooms in the right lighting situations as the sun moved around the house. Then I re-arranged furniture and accessories, altered the lighting, and took the photographs. Here are the results:

All of the above was a One-Day Home Staging Project, at a cost of £195 in total, including all of the final photos supplied to the homeowner and the Estate Agent.
