This family home belonged to a wonderful couple who had big plans to go and live in a house in Scotland, within a castle!  But they were completely overwhelmed by all the clutter generated over the years as the family (and three dogs) grew up.

They felt the house needed a lot of work in order to sell it, and were fully prepared to spend some time, effort and money to do this properly. They wanted the next homeowners to love it as much as they had.

It took a while, and I had to put my ‘bossy’ head on a few times, but by then we were old friends, and when the house sold easily, they DID move to their castle in Scotland, and sent me a plane ticket to go and help to style it for them.
