I’ve just had one of those lovely emails from a client – “WE’VE SOLD!”
And they had two potential buyers, so they had a choice!  Brilliant. A combination of decorating and re-arranging the furniture and accessories to the best effect meant that I could take some fresh photographs, and the estate agent could display the full house on his website. My client said: “Thanks very much Lynn. The estate agent was very impressed! The house is looking amazing. Know anyone who wants to buy a nice house???”   It wasn’t long before it was sold.
