Home Staging
‘The art of presenting a property in its best possible light.’
Why should you consider Home Staging?
Once a house is on the market, it becomes more than a home, it’s a product, and just like any other product for sale, it will face lots of competition out there. It needs to look its best and appeal to as broad a market as possible.
Any time spent preparing a property for sale is always worthwhile, as it will “stand out from the crowd”. Home Staging doesn’t need to be an expensive or complicated process, and a Consultation will allow you to clear your head, prioritise the tasks and have a realistic plan. You then have the option to continue the project yourself … or work through it together … or use our project management services.
Home Staging is an art … and there is a fine balance between adding value or wasting profit
During a Consultation, we advise on how to spend as little as possible to give the maximum impact. We often increase the saleability even within a few hours. If you are staging your current home, often all that is required is a good tidy-up, with a few finishing touches, ready for the photographs. An empty property will need some furniture and finishing touches too, but we can advise on the most cost-effective solutions.
We work within your budget, and you will have a clear understanding of the priorities, so that no money or time is wasted on unnecessary work. You will be inspired and understand the changes required to achieve maximum impact on the market.
For local projects, we offer additional services, and we can purchase, deliver, unpack and style everything for you, before those important final photographs are taken of every room.
Our Consultations are either online, where you complete a short survey for us – or they can be on-site consultations, in your home. Either way, you will receive the same practical advice, inspirational ideas and solutions within your budget. All presented in a Home Staging Report and a plan of action.
We are based near Bath, and on-site Consultations are offered throughout Bath, Bristol, Wiltshire, North Somerset, Gloucestershire and further afield if required.
After a Consultation, we offer ongoing help, advice, and even project management…
- Practical, hands-on help or video calls (eg, declutter, shopping, styling)
- Detailed planning/designing (eg. room designs, specifying, shopping)
- Coaching advice during your project, via phone or video call
- Full Project Management by quotation, following a Consultation

“Yes, I do think the staging definitely sold it. Thank you, great job. Their first offer was £220k and we got them up to £237k. Everyone liked the staging. I doubt we would have got more than £200k without it. Very happy to ever recommend you.”
Remember –
Home Staging costs far less than your first £10,000 reduction when the property sticks on the market!
