As the owner of this pretty cottage is an Estate Agent herself, she really understood that presenting the property at its best would add value.

Staging is applicable to all sizes of house, particularly small ones with tiny rooms, where people may be unsure what they can fit in there. Empty rooms look smaller than rooms with furniture.

So, as she no longer lived there, we borrowed furniture from her current home, and added some finishing touches to make the space feel as large as possible.
