When Julie, from Catkin Properties in Nottingham, contacted me, she was just completing work on a maisonette in Eastwood.  She had discovered my website a long time ago, and saved my details for the right moment.

As we were already booked on a large project the following week, we made a quick decision to jump on this project immediately- and literally started the planning and shopping that same day.  Julie brought along a few helpers to keep the costs down, and everyone was amazed at what we achieved.  Julie had been the only one believing in Staging until that point.  And she successfully rented the property, furnished, at a good rate for the area.
