This is a common problem for many of my clients.  They live in a family home with a large garden, then eventually downsize by building a smaller home in this garden, exactly as they want it, and it is all fresh and exciting – so they lose interest in the big house that they still have to market and sell.

All their energy, time and money go into the new house, and the other looks and feels neglected, and therefore sits on the market far too long. We specialise in that “One last push”, and present the house as fresh as it should be for market.
