This Show Home was for the Rock View development in Whitwick.  Roger hadn’t budgeted for a Show Home in the original plans, but as the work was underway, the market really slowed down, and he made the wise decision to make a Show Home out of the property that was proving to be the least popular, so he wasn’t stuck with it if the market struggled even more.
