Why consider Home Staging?
When your house goes on the market, it becomes more than just your home – it’s a product that buyers need to connect with. And just like any product, it’s competing for attention. Staging helps it to appeal to as many people as possible.
It doesn’t have to be expensive or overwhelming. My Consultations can help you clear your mind, get organised, and have a realistic plan. From there, you can continue alone, work with me, or let me manage the whole process—whatever suits you best.
Staging is really about making the most of what you have. Often, a good tidy-up and a few finishing touches are all it takes to make a big difference. For empty homes, I can suggest cost-effective ways to bring interest and life to each space.
I work within your budget limitations and help you focus on what really matters, so nothing is wasted. By the end, you’ll feel confident, inspired, and ready to show your home at its very best. And if you’re nearby, I can even take care of the finishing touches for you—furnishing, styling, and setting the scene for beautiful photos.
The Process…
Our Consultations are either online or on-site, in your home, depending on location. Either way, you will receive the same practical advice, inspirational ideas and solutions within your budget. All presented in a Home Staging Report and a plan of action.
We are based near Bath, and on-site Consultations are offered in Bath, Bristol, Wiltshire, North Somerset, Gloucestershire and further afield if required.
After a Consultation, I offer ongoing help, advice, and even project coordination services…
- Practical, hands-on help or video calls (eg, declutter, shopping, styling)
- Detailed planning/designing (eg. room designs, specifying, shopping)
- Coaching advice during your project, via phone or video call
- Full Project Coordination by quotation, following a Consultation
- Followed by my Moving Assistance services for when you have sold.

Remember – Home Staging costs far less than your first £10,000 reduction when the property sticks on the market!
