Show Homes on a budget
With our show home styling service, we work sympathetically with property developers. We know your time constraints, budget constraints, and want to keep out of your way as much as possible.
We are practical, artistic, organised, adaptable and approachable. We will visit the property, discuss your target market, measure-up, make a plan, discuss it with you, agree a budget, agree a timescale, design, purchase and install everything.
We all know that a well presented property will attract more viewings, and ultimately have a much higher chance of selling at the right price. But we want you to maximise your profits too, so we keep our costs down as low as possible. We simply agree the colour scheme, style and budget with you, and get out there quickly and design, shop and install as soon as the space is available. Our testimonials page show how many clients were happy to leave us to it, and were delighted with the results, calling us back to work on their following developments.
Whether you just have one property to sell, or hundreds, or whether you are planning a show home months in advance or suddenly realise it would be a good idea to upgrade a property that isn’t selling, call us. Even if your budget is tiny, we will be able to do something to make a difference.
We are based near Bath, so our services are offered throughout Bath, Bristol, Wiltshire, North Somerset, Gloucestershire and further afield if required.
